Our popular Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app helps Jira dashboards reach their full potential as powerful, easy to use reporting tools. Did you know that we also offer extensions to Rich Filters for our users who need to get even more out of Jira dashboards?
It’s time to get to know the Rich Filters family of apps.
Dynamic and interactive dashboards, gadgets & real-time reports for Jira

Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards makes creating custom dashboards quick and easy, so you can focus on your projects instead of hunting down data. Quick Filters let you instantly refine the scope of your dashboard to get the perspective you need – slice & dice real-time data in both Jira and Confluence. You can build and manage comprehensive metrics, charts and sum-up tables with custom colors and views. Values are not limited to issue count, report on story points, time tracking or any other number field or create custom BI statistics with JQL. Filters and gadgets are easy for anyone to configure, no coding or scripting required.
Increase productivity with dashboards & reports for timesheets & work logs
Rich Filters::Time Tracking Dashboards extends your Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards with statistics, charts & filters based on work logs. Now you can base queries, filters and statistics on worklog attributes including:
- Author
- Date
- Time spent
Use custom work log queries in all Rich Filter gadgets to compute and display meaningful time tracking metrics and more. Build interactive dashboards to visualize the time spent by user or by custom time period. Display historical data using date bar charts and time series statistics and charts based on the Worklog Date & Worklog Time Spent. Our Worklog Query Language (WQL) works with both native Jira and Tempo Timesheets worklogs.
Smart SLA tracking & Service Desk metrics for dashboard gadgets & reports

Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards extends your Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards charts and reporting with functionality specific to Jira Service Desk. You can now create filters and statistics based on SLAs and other Jira Service Desk fields, like Customer Request Type & Organization. Monitor the performance of your help desk teams with stats, charts & metrics based on SLAs. Focus on one or several SLA fields and on different SLA values such as Met, Breached, %Met, %Breached, Average. Define time series metrics based on SLA fields to monitor SLA values across single or multiple service desks and track trends & correlations in your Service Desk activity
Export dynamic issue lists, stats, charts, graphs & dashboards to PDF reports
Rich Filters::PDF Reports for Jira is the newest extension for the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app. Create reports from your existing Rich Filter gadgets by adding export to PDF functionality. Create one PDF report from all of the Rich Filters gadgets on a Jira dashboard or export one Rich Filter gadget into its own report. Customize the report by applying quick filters before exporting to PDF – reports will include the same information available in the gadget, ensuring offline viewers have access to the same data as users viewing the gadget in Jira.
